Marjorie R. Bosco's Obituary
Marjorie R. Bosco, 94, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Johnson Memorial Hospital. She was born in West Stafford, CT, daughter of the late Edwin and Maude (Greaves) Greene. Marjorie worked as a lab technician at CUNO for many years. She was also a member of St. Edward Church and the Stafford Senior Center. In recent years, she was blessed to be surrounded by loving friends, family, caregivers, and neighbors. The family is forever grateful for the love and care given to Marjorie in her final months and days by the wonderful, caring staff at Evergreen Health Care Center and the ICU at Johnson Memorial Hospital, both in Stafford Springs, CT. Marjorie is survived by her loving husband of 74 years, Raymond Bosco; three daughters, Marjorie Lechman and her husband James of Vernon, CT, Patricia Pisciotta and her husband Ronald of Stafford Springs, CT, and Victoria McCarthy of New York; five grandchildren, James Lechman, Jr. and his wife Jennifer, Lori Barfield and her husband Erick, Ronald Pisciotta and his wife Allison, Ryan Pisciotta, and Drew McCarthy; eight great grandchildren, Tyler, Kyle, and Sydney Lechman, Hailey, Lindsey, and Alex Barfield, and Gianna and Gennaro Pisciotta; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her grandson, Shawn McCarthy; sister, Dorothy Meikle; and two brothers, William and Ronald Greene. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 from 9-10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at St. Edward Church, High St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT.
