Mary H. Galotto, 84, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2008 at Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late William B. and Mary (Cunningham) Hanley. Read Obituary
I will never forget that warm smile and those bright eyes filled with delight that made me feel so welcome whenever I greeted Mary. She was that way up until the last time I saw her in the fall of 2007. I will miss her. With much love and empathy for my life long friends.
Our sincere sympathy goes out to the Galotto and Melnick families at this sad time. But what wonderful memories you all have of your wife, mom, and grandma! She was so special. Elaine and I will always remember the trip to NYC and our stay at the Plaza with our moms. They are now together and at peace.
