My deepest condolences to the Bouley family. Michelle was such a bright, loving person. We all looked up to her as Matty B’s cool big sister. She inspired us all to travel and do hard things. I saw her a few times after college, and every time she greeted me like an old friend…always smiling or cracking a joke. Though it has been many years since I have spent time with you all, I will always remember how Michelle and the rest of the Bouley’s opened their home to so many of us and made us feel like family. Michelle, so many great memories. That time we travelled all the way to Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Centre to watch Santana, Jeff Beck and Lil' Mo. We hitchiked back and got back to camp just in time to start work for the day.
Spending all our days off one summer together and roaming about. You were a friend that no matter how much time had passed, it was always as though I'd talked to you the day before. You introduced me to Harry Potter and I saw my world through your eyes when you came to visit.me in Wales.
You were the sunshine that brightened everything and everyone around you, even on a down day. I love and miss you forever and these words are not enough to say how much you meant to me,
