Mildred E. Bagley, 92, of Winchester, MA, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2009 at Evergreen Health Care Center, Stafford, CT. She was born in 1917 in Groveton, NH. Millie was one of nine children of Henry and Rena Bagley of Medf Read Obituary
Millie was such a wonderful and giving person. She was always so eager to offer support and words of nursing wisdom when I was going through nursing school a couple years ago. She was always such a joy to spend time with. Her kindness will be greatly missed.
Millie was my nurse when I saw Dr. McDonough....she could not have been nicer to me. She was the best !!!

We were very sad to learn of Millie's passing. She was a very kind hearted and spirited lady, and a treasured friend of my mother, Marianne Carney, and all of our family. She will remain with us always in our hearts. Our deepest sympathies. Nancy Carney Haugh and Family, Maine.
The Reference Department staff of the Winchester Public Library enjoyed helping Mildred Bagley find her favorite movies so that she could check them out at the circulation desk. Ms. Bagley came to the reference desk faithfully for quite some time. She brought us cookies too! She was so gracious and appreciative of our service. Like the circulation staff members, the reference staff members who knew Mildred Bagley will forever miss her.
Millie will be greatly missed by the Saurman family. I have so many memories of visiting Newelly and Millie in the house on Wickford Rd. When we were younger, we would go by on holidays before heading to family dinners. And in adulthood, I was able to bring my children to visit. I am thankful that my daughter was able to meet Millie, she was always so wonderful to Olivia whenever we would stop by. And I think of Millie every night as I put my newbon son to sleep under a beautiful blanket she crocheted. She was loved and will be missed!
I have fond memories of Millie who took care of Dr. Jim McDonough who lived in my building in Winchester. And after he died we always invited her to condo parties. She was a wonderful woman with a great spirit.

Charlie, i just called evergreen to see if milly was still there, and heard the news. Im sooo sorry, Esther passed on 9/11, and i found out she was there and went to see her, she looked great, and im so glad that i got to see her. I was so shocked to hear of her passing, she was a great lady and we loved her. Shes probably up having a drink with my mom and a good laugh. My love to you all

So sorry to hear of Millie's passing. She was a wonderful nurse, after all she did help bring me into this world!!! I know Mom thought the world of her. I'm sure she will be missed by all. My condolences to family and friends.
