I am so saddened by Phil's loss. I had not known him for long and while we did not see each other often, it was obvious that he was a caring individual with a great love for his wife and daughter. He was a mensch - a person of great character. I will miss our back yard chats. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.

Phil was my oldest friend and always the person you could count on if you ever needed anything..we could go years without seeing each other and pick up next time like no time had passed ...Phil always lived life to the fullest and loved his wife and daughter who I know made him so proud.
