Hello Hope, it’s Bernie Arno from Aetna. I’m so sorry to see that Rick passed away. I lost my husband October of 2023 (my 2nd husband) to pancreatic cancer. My heart is with you.
I am so sad to hear of your loss. He was always so nice to me and I remember being funny he was when I would come over and play with Leah in Andover when we were growing up. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this tough time.

May loving memories sustain you and your family at this difficult time, Rick was a wonderful, helping , kind and caring person who enjoyed life to the fullest. He work for many years with my husband on different jobs with excellent service and work skills. Rick was a true friend always there to help those in need!! We will miss him.
My wife and I were deeply saddened by the news of Rick's passing. We found Rick to be a very kind, thoughtful and caring person. As an example, a few years ago I mistakenly drilled a hole in a water supply line. I called Rick and asked if he could fix it. He dropped his other jobs, came right over and had the leak fixed in no time.
