Bob was the kind of guy you wished you could bump into every day. I always came away smiling after seeing him and Kim.
I met Bob 30 plus years ago when I asked him to help coach a little league team. We were an expansion team (O's) so we had a good share of losses but Bob always made it fun. For me and the kids!
His sense of humor was perfect. Bob had what I call a "GRIN CHARM" Always grinning when we met so I was prepared to laugh before either of us even spoke. Bob was what I would I describe in this world as "One of the Good Guys"
One of my memories that I hope is appropriate is we were all at a dance, probably a football or little league dance. It was during the time that our kids were all trying to sag their pants for school. Bob and I agreed that our sons were not going to do that while we were in charge.
So the DJ played a perfect fitting song for sagging. So Bob was able to sag his pants, I swear down to his knees. It looked like he was dancing with no legs, only ankles and shoes. We all laughed so hard with tears.
I know Kim, your boys and your entire extended family will miss you. As a grand dad I truly feel bad that your grandbabies will miss so many more years with not just a good guy, but a truly good person. God Bless Your Family during this difficult time and years to come. Eternally a friend, Tim C
