Shirley Dulak's Obituary
Shirley N. Dulak, 73, of Bellrose St., Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2011 at Evergreen Health Care Center, Stafford Springs, CT. She was born in Fall River, MA, daughter of the late Everett and Emily (Harvey) Thornley. Shirley was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, and the Stafford Senior Center. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard L. Dulak of Stafford Springs, CT; three children, Sherry Carr and her husband Anthony of Florida, David Dulak and his wife Kathy of Kentucky, and Jeffrey Dulak and his companion Laurie Phelps of Stafford Springs, CT; five grandchildren, Meaghan, Ryan, Morgan, Olivia, and Griffin; a sister, Marilyn Gladu and her husband Allen of Maryland; two nieces, Pam Gladu, and Bonnie Marinelli and her husband Steve; and two nephews, Donald Gladu and his wife Donna, and Dwayne Gladu. Her funeral will be held on Friday, March 11, 2011, with a procession forming by 9 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT, followed by a Church Service at 10 A.M. at Grace Episcopal Church, Highland Terrace, Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in St. Edward Cemetery, Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours are on Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the nurses and aides at Evergreen Health Care Center for the special care they gave Shirley while she was there.
