Sophie was a treasured part of our Oak Hill community! She was the leader of our Rosary Group on Wednesday afternoons and always met everyone with a smile! Thank you, Peter, for sharing her with us, we are all better people for having known her!
I never knew Mrs Tarcha as well as I would've liked but, often stopped when she needed a hand to start her mower. She would wave me or another neighbor down while mowing if she had problems starting her mower and I was always more than happy to lend a hand. I greatly admired her strength, independence and friendly smile. What a great role model for those of us nearby. I've missed her since she moved from the neighborhood.
