I worked very briefly with Steve during the last year, and even during such a short time, he quickly made the impression of a gentleman with his kindness, good humor, immense smile, and helpfulness. My condolences go to his family to have lost him so shortly after his retirement.
My deepest sympathies go out to Steve's family.
Steve was a true professional and gentleman. He liked to add some humor to the day in order to relive stress and bring smiles to those he worked with. Steve mentored many at PW and his legacy lives on through them.
I was extremely shocked when Tim phoned to tell me this sad news. It was way too short of a retirement. The only blessing I hope for, is he did not suffer. Peace to Steve and blessings to Steve's family.

Ben and Tim I spent a lot of time with your dad he was my partner in one of his favorite things to do GOLF. We shard a lot of time alone and I will say he was proud of both of his sons and talked about you both all of the time. I am going to miss him as I am sure he will be missed by all who knew him. He was a great man. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family's 🙏🙏🙏🙏. I am still in shock.
Ben we are so shocked and sorry to hear about your dad. We always looked forward To crossing paths with him when you kids were together. Just a great guy. He leaves a great legacy in you too. Loved working with Steve. He was a funny guy, and never took himself too seriously. A breath of fresh air, always approachable, and good for a short story if you needed a break. He will be missed. My sincere Condolences to his family.
Very sorry for your loss. I worked with Steve for probably 30 years. We had many good times mountain biking at Case Mountain and Farmington Reservoir back in the 1990's. I look back on those rides with great fondness. Many adventures...

I called Steven from Lynda's house in Connecticut. To ask him to join us all for dinner. He started laughing . That's a long ways to go to eat.I was oh I am not in constable,I am at lynda's. We had a great time all talking. He was goid at keeping the conversation going.😊

Truly sorry for the loss of this wonderful man. We worked together in same group for many years. He was always kind and helpful. This is certainly a big shock. 😢
