A mother's work is never done. It starts with the birth of a child and ends when she takes her last breath. The worries and fear they will do the right things with their lives. At some point it becomes clear she has done all she could. She steps aside to watch over her boys. Their successes and failures are up to them now. Their fate and futures are up to them. As we grew to create families of our own she added grandchildren and great-grandchildren to her worries and fears.Mom couldn't be everywhere for all of life's events but she always wanted to know that the kids were alright. She never took credit for her success but is clear by the gathering on her graveside service she did well in her life. Keep your memories of Sylvia in your hearts minds and remember her days when she was nothing but kind.

I am sorry for your loss Sylvia was one of the sweetest peple I have meet, she was also a wonderful Stafford Thrift Store Volunteer.

I have known Sylvia for many years, we lived next door to her and her boys. She was a sweetheart of a person. My Condolences to the family.

I worked with Sylvia for many years at Stafford High School. We had many wonderful conversations, and it was clear she was very proud of her family, especially two of her grandsons I knew personally: Adam and Aaron. She was a lovely lady who worked very hard and took pride in her work. After we both retired, we continued to keep in touch.
My condolences to her family. Reflect on the happy occasions; they will bring you comfort. Rest in peace, Sylvia! Janyce Wininger
