I am a FedEx Engineer who worked with Tom the past 10 years. On January 28-29, 2016, Tom and I spent considerable time troubleshooting an issue that had bugged us past 24 hours. Though Tom lacked expertise in current technology, his past experience was a kind of base support to me, which helped us get through the problem then. He had a friendly smile and a very good attitude that made me respect him and like him tremendously. I was fortunate to talk to him just before Christmas and planned to see him whenever I visited Hartford Facility.
I thank God for the wonderful man he gave us, whom we all loved and now mourn but are happy that he is at peace in His kingdom.
