Thomas R. Koplar's Obituary
Thomas R. Koplar, 66, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 6, 2017. He was born in Queens, NY, the youngest of ten children, to the late Ralph and Yolanda (Gotosa) Koplar. Tom served in the United States Army during the Vietnam era, and was currently employed by FedEx as a maintenance technician. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, and also enjoyed his audiophile hobby. Tom is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Roberta (Parenzo) Koplar; and two sons, Ralph and Joseph Koplar, both of Stafford Springs, CT. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 4-6 P.M. with a Memorial Service to take place at 6 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
