Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We are so sorry for your loss.
Vincent was my neighbor when I was growing up. He would always stop by the house when my mom and I were having a tag sale to chat. My favorite memory was when he recited the poem he wrote for his wife after she passed away. The tears were flowing from his eyes and mine. How fitting that he should pass away on her birthday. They are now together. I am truly sorry for your loss! I will miss seeing him walking down the road and his stories! Pat Fowler Laska

Brenda, Gordon, Kenny & all the Greika family:
I just got word of your dad's death and unfortunately, his funeral has already passed; All of you well know, your dad (& granddad) was unforgettable. He was a well-known fixture around town; Everyone knew who he was even if they didn't really know him well. I was particularly awed by the fact that he somehow managed to walk miles each day which is likely why is lived as long as he did. I have years of memories of both he and your wonderful mother Phyllis [She was our own mom's best-friend] and of visiting the family homestead especially during Halloween but, all yearlong too while all of us were growing up. Gary mentioned the "Staffordville gang" and it made me giggle. We were all a part of that 'gang' [LOL].
May your dad finally rest in peace. Lots of people around town will miss his regular presence and friendly nature. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. Please know that many others care.
