William H. Skinner's Obituary
William H. Skinner, 84, of Ellington, CT, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at home on Crystal Lake surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Rockville, CT, son of the late Everett W. and Anne (Manice) Skinner. He was the owner of several construction companies in the Ellington and Rockville area. He was a member of the BPOE Lodge # 1359 of Rockville, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Patricia A. (Blair) Skinner; three children, William H. Skinner and his companion Candy, Patricia A. Gifford and her husband Jack, and Everett W. Skinner and his wife Sherry; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and two sisters, Chrystal Montgomery and Caroline Howe. He was predeceased by his grandson, Warren Skinner; and brother, Collins Skinner. His funeral service will be held on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 1 P.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Crystal Lake Cemetery, Stafford, CT. Calling hours will be held from 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. prior to the service.
