Hi Marilyn I received a call from Dave Burnett this morning telling me about your loss, everyones loss. Bill and I went to school together at Rockville High in the 50's. He was a likable character then, the same when we rode motorcycle together in the 70's and had not change the last I saw him. That deep booming voice and the under weight frame, a unique and talented guy.
Hans and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Billy 's kindness and compassion for others was remarkable! He was also a mathematical genius and walking history book. I hope all the wonderful memories you have will help ease your pain.

I have been thinking about Billy lately, so I decided to look for him on line. I am saddened to learn that he has passed, but know that he is happily with the Lord.
We were friends who grew up in the same neighborhood. The last we saw one another, I believe Billy was 23 and I, 22. He was a good buddy and always ready to offer his assistance when needed. When older, we shared our liking of art.
I still can recall Billy's car that he remodeled so beautifully while in high school The art detailing was extraordinary. And, of course, it made a racket with its duel exhaust!

What a hot s*it he was. 10/03/12 I went looking for Billy. No luck, so I went to the town hall and was informed...it was such a downer. I am 66 but we were always very good friends. I am missing him ! Forever his " brother ", Dennis
