We're so saddened to hear the news of Billy's passing. I received the news of if today and my heart just sunk. He was truely a great guy with a wonderful and peaceful spirit. His smile could light up a room. Jane, Stephen & Beth you will always have & carry your brothers love with you. I'm proud to of known him.
As a friend of BILL's I was fortunate enough to spend 17 days of unforgettable memories in Costa Rica and Panama several years ago. It was a great time getting to know my classmate from many years ago again. I was privileged to learn the type of man in person he had become in life. One of family, One of passion for his incredible talents, and one who has touched all who got to know him.
I will miss you my friend.
